How do I get started after payment?

After payment, login credentials are sent to your WhatsApp number within 2 minutes. Our team also schedules a free onboarding call to walk you through everything.

I forgot my password / can't log in

How do I add a new customer in Meal Manager?

Go to Customers → Add Customer. Fill in the name, mobile number, and meal plan. A QR code is generated automatically and can be shared via WhatsApp.

Can I change my meal plan mid-month?

Yes. You can upgrade or modify a customer's meal plan at any time from the dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.

How do I update my digital menu?

Log in to your dashboard, go to Menu Management, and edit any item or category. Changes are reflected on the customer-facing menu instantly — no reload needed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

WhatsApp us with your shop name and we'll process the cancellation. No long-term contracts — cancel anytime. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
